The complete design uses 39 cut pieces for nominal 3 mm sheet material. These include the front frames and backing panels for six photo holders, two decorative wheels, the supporting structure and the connecting pieces. The photo holders hang from pivots near their upper edges, allowing them to remain upright as you turn the wheel by hand.
Preparing the Ferris Wheel Photo Frame Files
Choose the drawing format supported by your software, then check the imported scale before arranging the parts. The nominal joint geometry includes 3 mm-wide slots. Compare those dimensions with your actual sheet thickness and prepare the fit for your material and cutting conditions.
Keep all 39 pieces in your working layout, including the repeated photo panels and small retaining pieces. You can rearrange the parts to suit your sheet and machine table. Keep an unchanged copy of the supplied drawing so you have a reference while preparing your cutting file.
If you change the overall size, the slots and connecting features change with it. Check those joints against your chosen material thickness before cutting the complete set.
