Dxf plan cut files that can be used laser cut toy puzzle or mdf model plane. Bring 2D parts together and make 3D wood model aircraft.
MDF, plywood and acrylic material are the most commonly used materials in CO2 CNC laser cutters. If you’re going to combine 2D parts and make 3D laser cut objects, MDF, plywood and acrylic materials are ideal. In laser cut model objects, MDF and balsa are used, the former being preferred more often. In laser cutting decorative objects, plywood is preferred more frequently. As there is a model plane plan, we recommend you to use 3mm mdf or 3mm balsa plate if you can find.
In this project, we were inspired by the F-18 Hornet war plane. We made a design appropriate to 3-axis laser cutter systems. This design can be used both as toy and model aircraft. A total of 48 pieces… Model aircraft enthusiasts can apply aviation-related symbols and emblems on this model. If you want to use it as a laser cut puzzle, this will be a useful toy for children. When combining 48 pieces of aircraft, they will become little engineers and architects. This puzzle will help in the development of their hand skills and intelligence.
