Introducing our new laser cutting box design – a wooden box with a vintage floral motif. This project is perfect for those who own a laser cutting machine and want to create a unique and stylish 3D cylindrical box.
Our design is versatile and can be made using materials such as 4mm plywood, wood, or MDF. The vintage appearance is achieved through the use of traditional floral and geometric patterns. This box can be used for a variety of purposes such as storing candy, displaying jewelry, or simply as a decorative piece for your home.
To ensure the perfect cut, you can adjust the speed, power, and frequency settings on your Co2 laser cutting machine. The edges of the material will have a dark color due to the heat, adding a decorative touch to the finished product. You can also adjust the power settings to achieve the desired edge color.
For best results, we recommend using wood or plywood. If you choose to use MDF, it may be necessary to paint and varnish the box for durability. However, keep in mind that the mixed patterns may make it difficult to paint and varnish.
