This is the STL and STEP download for our cute cat and kitten set. We took the same four big-eye cat drawings from the 2D artwork and raised them into flat 3D form, with each character supplied as a plain version and a matching outer-contour version.
These are not sculpted, rounded cat figures. They are fixed-height 3D versions of the 2D drawings, made as flat 3 mm models. Use the STL files when you want mesh files for slicing and 3D printing, and use the STEP files when you want CAD solid files for measuring, scaling, editing, or combining with other CAD work.
We added the outer-contour versions for the same reason we used them in the 2D files: these cats are detailed character drawings, not single-piece connected cutwork silhouettes. In the contoured 3D versions, the negative areas are lowered by 0.2 mm, so the inner drawing can still read as detail while the outside form stays defined.
The set includes four distinct kitten characters: a fluffy seated kitten with a large tail, a round-faced cat with raised tail and whiskers, a front-facing kitten with heavier fur shapes, and a seated kitten with open paws and a curled tail. Check the imported scale in your slicer or CAD software before printing or modeling, especially around the small eye, fur, whisker, and paw details.
