Free snowflake SVG cut files with four scalable vector snowflake designs for Cricut, Silhouette, and vinyl.

This is the SVG download for the snowflake set: four free snowflake SVG vector files, one snowflake in each file, packed together in a single ZIP. You open the ZIP, pick the design you want, and bring that one snowflake into your software rather than pulling a single shape out of a crowded sheet. Each file is a clean scalable vector, so you can size it to your project and recolor it without the edges softening the way a raster image would.

What separates these snowflake SVG files from ordinary decorative clipart is how they are drawn. Every snowflake is one connected piece, with no floating interior islands: none of the small inner shapes sit loose inside the design. On a snowflake, that matters more than it sounds, because a snowflake is mostly gaps and thin branches. When the inner detail is left as separate pieces, a cutting machine cuts those pieces free and they lift off the bed, and the design comes apart. Here the branches, spokes, and inner shapes are tied back into the body, so each snowflake stays a single silhouette through the cut.

The four designs are drawn to give you a range rather than one look repeated. The first is a classic six-branch snowflake with paired side spikes and a small ringed center, the most traditional of the group. The second turns its branches into leaf and petal shapes around a solid hexagon center, the most decorative and the densest to cut. The third is the most open, built from heavy geometric spokes around a large empty hexagon, and it is the one that holds up best when you reduce it to a small size. The fourth is a fern-style snowflake with fine angled needles running out to a sharp point, the busiest in line detail and the one that wants the most room when cut small.

The SVG is the right file when your software reads SVG directly: craft cutting apps such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio Designer Edition or higher, laser software that imports SVG, and vector editors like Inkscape, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW for design and layout work. In those programs you can scale each snowflake, recolor it, and arrange it in a project. Whether a given size cuts cleanly still depends on your material, machine, and settings, and the fern and leaf designs carry fine detail that needs a scale check before cutting small, so test the size before committing a full sheet.

Two things to know before you download. The SVG artwork comes in a red tone, which is not a final-use color. We keep the SVG red and the PNG black across our files so the two are easy to tell apart when you have both open, and because the SVG is a vector you can change that color to whatever your project needs. On size, each snowflake is drawn to about 24 cm across its longest outer span in the vector source. Treat that as a starting reference, not a fixed output: the SVG scales, so you set the real size in your own software against your material and machine.

Download These Free Snowflake SVG Cut Files

All four snowflake SVG files are free to download in one ZIP. Here is what is inside:

  • Four separate SVG files, one snowflake design per file, in one ZIP
  • Scalable vector artwork, editable and recolorable in SVG-compatible software
  • Single-piece drawings with no loose interior islands
  • Red-tone artwork by default, changeable because the file is vector
  • Around 24 cm longest outer span in the source as a starting reference, fully scalable

Open the design you need, set your size, and adjust the color before you cut or lay it out. If you need the same snowflakes in another format, the main description page links the PNG, PDF, DXF, DWG, CDR, STL, and STEP versions, each on its own download page.
