We designed the pendant as a 16-piece assembly for nominal 3 mm sheet material. Six patterned panels form the sides, six upright ribs frame them, and four horizontal rings and plates connect the structure. This arrangement lets us create an open, lantern-like volume from flat pieces without bending the wood.
Preparing Our Pendant Light Pattern for Cutting
We drew the slots and tabs at nominal 3 mm dimensions. Before cutting the complete set, check the imported scale and compare the connecting features with your actual sheet thickness. Prepare the fit for your material and cutting conditions; a small joint test can help you decide on the adjustments.
All six lattice panels and six ribs are represented in the drawing, along with the four horizontal pieces. Rearrange the complete set to suit your sheet and machine table, keeping an unchanged copy of our files as a reference.
If you want a different overall size, check the joints as well as the decorative pattern. Scaling the whole drawing changes the slots and tabs, so their dimensions will need to remain appropriate for your chosen sheet material.
