The structural components interlock using slot-and-tab joints. Use the two included template guides to size your inner diffuser paper or acrylic panels before assembly.
Even though the slots are sized for 4 mm material, actual sheet thickness fluctuates depending on the manufacturer and the humidity in your shop. Run a test cut on a single joint before committing to the full 12-piece assembly. A kerf test ensures a tight fit and saves a perfectly good sheet of wood.
